We’re looking for a DevOps Engineer to join a growing engineering team in Malta. You’ll help build, improve, and maintain cloud infrastructure while working closely with developers to ensure reliable, secure, and scalable platforms.

What You’ll Do
- Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure.
- Manage and improve Kubernetes environments.
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
- Automate CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and security.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize platform reliability.
- Work closely with software engineers to improve development and deployment workflows.
- Support cloud migration and infrastructure improvement initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in a DevOps, Platform, or Cloud Engineering role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes.
- Commercial experience with Terraform.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.
- Good knowledge of Docker and containerization.
- Experience working with AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Scripting skills in Bash, Python, or similar.
- Understanding of monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.).
- Experience with Linux administration.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent English.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Helm.
- Knowledge of ArgoCD or GitOps practices.
- Experience with security best practices and infrastructure hardening.
- Certifications in Kubernetes or cloud platforms.
