Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in PowerBI and Tableau.
• Experience in presenting and sharing data-driven insights.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and hands-on approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fact-based recommendations and actionable insights to decision-makers.
• Analyze KPI performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Monitor actual performance against targets, assisting the team in setting and achieving goals.
• Collaborate with departments including CRM, VIP, Casino, Sports, and Marketing.
• Build data models focused on player value, segmentation, and behavior analysis.
• Work with data teams to enhance BI and analytics offerings for the sports team.
