Your Role

What You’ll Need

- Level 3/4 support expertise with tools like ServiceNow or similar.
- Proficiency in REST, HTTP, SQL, and tools like Postman and JMeter.
- Basic knowledge of ASP.NET and the ability to read and understand code.
- Familiarity with cloud services (Azure preferred) and DevOps practices.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong communication skills.
- Flexibility to work shift rotations, including nights and weekends.
